i have 1 index which is filled once a day with some values.
I have to create an alert only if a value is added which was not present in the day before.
how to archive this? any ideas?

Can you provide some more details about your data? Is the "value" an actual value to an assigned key? Or a key itself? Maybe list an example of a structure on day 1 and one on day 2 that should fire this alert.
