Alerting with Kibana & Elasticsearch on the same machine

I have a quick question for the community.

I am wanting to enable Alerting on our on-prem Elastic Stack. I have set the value of xpack.encryptedSavedObjects.encryptionKey in the Kibana.yml file and now I am being prompted to enable TLS so that I can enable API keys for Alerting to use.

My question is that we have Elasticsearch & Kibana on the same physical machine so how will that work?
