Alerts don't show

ELK 7.10
single node ( all ELK are installed in one os)

I create custom rule but alert does not appear!

what should i do?
should I config SSL/TLS?
I Create API & and add xpack.security.authc.api_key.enabled & xpack.security.enabled in elasticsearch.yml

and add xpack.encryptedSavedObjects.encryptionKey: in kibana.yml and restart services.
are there any config to do?

Did you check official alert documentation? What kind of alert are you creating? Can you share data sample from ES?
