Has anyone seen this new offering from Amazon yet? Thoughts?

Yes I was looking into it.

  • The configuration part is a bit tricky.
  • The cluster hangs when you change the access policy
  • and one more thing, I had serialization problems while running a Spark job on EMR and AWS ES at the receiving end while the job runs perfectly in a standard cluster configuration.

What about you?

I am trying to connect to amazon Elasticsearch service via elastic php client
But the server is returning a error message saying

Uh oh! No alive nodes found in your cluster

The same code works for my local elasticsearch server setup

Kindly help what i am doing wrong or is there any more parameters to be set.
