Analyzers returning exact word

Hi!

I successfully indexed and configure phonetic and synonym analyzers, but my problem now is, when I search a word or a phrase, it is returning the exact thing instead of just returning the synonym or the soundex of the word.

e.g I search for the synonym of "stop"

returned result:

  1. stop
  2. halt
  3. pause

What I need it to be:

  1. halt
  2. pause
  3. stop

Can anyone help please?
