This new plugin provides a simple histogram facet that can be used instead
of the built-in histogram facet if you need floating point intervals or
need to have buckets offset from zero. This can be useful for histograms
that are based on different units of measurement than what is indexed (e.g.
lbs/kg or Celsius/Fahrenheit/Kelvin).
