I just released File System River (aka FSRiver) 0.0.3: https://github.com/dadoonet/fsriver
Note that the mapper attachment plugin is no more bundled in the ZIP file. So you will have to add it as a plugin yourself. (see https://github.com/elasticsearch/elasticsearch-mapper-attachments)
Also, FSRiver can now import JSon files from your hard drive. See https://github.com/dadoonet/fsriver/#indexing-json-docs
