[ANN] LDAP River for Elasticsearch

Hi all,

I've made a simple LDAP river for elasticsearch. I use it to index LDAP
servers and search for people/computers with elasticsearch.

Tested on MS Active Directory and ApacheDS, with ~230K objects.
