Anomaly Score Formular

Hello, I am searching for the exact formular concerning the anomaly score. I have read that this is a 2 part calculation of mean and a quantile regressionanalysis.
I am writing my masterthesis with some analysis on data and I want to describe this metric in detail. Is there also a book where this is described maybe?
