In Kibana config elastic.url was configured as reverse proxy for authentication purpose. Whenever Kibana requests elastic for data. It was going through proxy. Kibana requests _msearch for data. Earlier (version 4.X) this seems to work fine. Now it has broken. And also In kibana6. Content type got changed from json to x-ndjson and also i am unable to get the cookies when elastic.url was configured as reverse proxy in kibana6. Please help
Can you provide your proxy configuration? If elasticsearch.url is the proxy, it shouldn't have much to do with Kibana.
