And one more doubt is how to send data from apm server to elasticsearch

Is there anything showing up in the Windows Event logs indicating why APM Server is not running? Could you try to manually start the service and see if it logs an error?

Regarding connection from APM Server to Elasticsearch, you find details in the apm-docs elasticsearch-output on how to configure the server to point to your Elasticsearch instance(s).
