Arcsight connector not able to connect

Hi mates,
Could you please help me out how to get connected with arcsight connector with logstash.
I got the error:java.lang.IllegalStateException: Logstash stopped processing because of an error: (NameError) cannot load Java class org.apache.http.client.methods.HttpRequestBase
