Are core security features in ELK free?

Hi,

I'm just exploring about the x-pack security features and i have gone through the blog saying core security in Elasticsearch are free :

And my query is:

Do i get these core security features free if install ELK stack 7.1.0+ versions using Docker ?

Please can someone confirm it.

Yes, as long as you use the default distribution.
