Auto-distributed the shard or indices

Hi All,

We have 5 nodes ES cluster and total number of indexes are 24, each index
has 5 shards which are equally distributed (each node contains one shard).
Suppose if, I would add new node in cluster, then are some node or indices
are automatically move to node6 or we need to do this task manually?

Please help.

Thanks,

If you are using all the defaults, then some shards (20 if my math is
correct) will move over (2 at a time) to the new node.
