Hi! Question about creation of watchers in Kibana. I use 7.5.1 and have set up a number of watchers using Kibana's UI. Can watchers be created in an automated way?

There is some related discussion here: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/45571 . Kibana introduced a new Alerting framework (7.8), which in the long term will replace watcher. The same discussion of automating creation of watches (and ways how do that) is happening there as well.
