AWS S3 bucket ingestion to ES

I have 20 folders and subfolders in AWS S3 bucket ,

1) if i mention that bucket name in logstash's  S3 plug-in  input settings , does that logstash monitor all folders,subfolders ?

2) How do eliminate unwanted folders/subfolders if i don't need to monitor them ?
