Hi @rameshkr1994, this is kind of what I am looking for. Do you know if this solution is only applicable for the Activity Log or also for the logs generated by Application Insights?

i am sure we can implement the same with applicationinsights

we have already plugin available-
logstash-plugin install logstash-output-applicationinsights .

you can check all possible thing here -
azure-logstash

you need to change the way or method to collecting the data from applicationinsights into ELK.
