Base Uri missing from confluence and jira server connectors

I'm having trouble following this guide on enterprise-search > v8.3.0

Connecting Confluence Server | Workplace Search Guide [8.4] | Elastic

Step 1 in the guide says I get public and consumer keys but I don't see either one of this, Step 7 requires me to input the server base URI but this field is missing as well.
When running enterprise-search 8.2.3 I can see the required fields.

Hi @shamorai

Thanks for flagging this, we're looking into it. 8.3 saw some reworking of how we displayed which configuration forms, and it looks like this slipped through the cracks. While we work to get this fixed in a future version, I suggest you use 8.2.x.
