Blank in vertical bar stacked chart

I've hit an issue when building a vertical bar stacked chart in Kibana 5.2.2 where it looks like some series are hovering.

Hey Mathieu, this is definitely a bug. Would you mind adding an issue to the repo and doing your best to outline steps so we can reproduce? I'll make sure the visualizations engineers are aware of the issue.

I noticed Chrome was out of date on my machine while filing the bug form. After upgrading to 57.0.2987.100, the browser restarted and I couldn't see the behavior anymore. Will see today if the issue still happens. If it does, I'll complete the bug form.
