Burndown forecast trendline in Kibana Timelion chart

I am looking to create a forecast trendline based on previous data in timelion chart

Here is an example:

Things I tried so far, with no luck:

  • mvavg()
  • trend() - close to what we want but not quite correct.

Please suggest the best course to achieve this. I am open to other visualizations as long as they can be added to a dashboard.
