Can I use search as REST API?

Hi,

I am planning to use Elastic search to include as search engine in my iOS mobile app. I am not sure if this is possible at all. Do you provide REST Api to make service calls and get the data back to my mobile to parse and work on it?

Yes, ES at it's core is all API calls.

Thank you Mark. I have one more question about pricing. Is it free to use in production or after app deployment or is there a pricing structure in place? I tried understanding the subscription system, but, couldn't understand clearly.

Elasticsearch itself is open source and free to use. A subscription will give you support and a few add-on products.
