Can we import data from one log into another?

I am given a task on creating a visualization for a particular log type. When I am trying to filter that log in ELK, I am unable to see the whole data related to that log.To be specific I am unable to find the metrics related to that log. My question is can we import data from one log into another or is there any other remedy for this??

I am having trouble understanding. Can you provide examples of the different log types?

Say there are two logs: Log A Log B. Log B is having the metrics that are useful to build a visualization for Log A. I am trying to ask you guys if I can import data from Log B to Log A.
