Can we use elastic Java apm agent with Java based azure functions? If yes can you please point to right documentation for this, how to configure elastic Java apm agent for azure functions or some other cloud based services?

This is not currently possible with Java agent and Azure functions.
However, support for similar feature on AWS Lambda is currently in progress and should be available soon (I don't know about the ETA though).
