As the version you are using is very, very old and have been EOL a long time I would recommend you upgrade to the latest version.

I am able to use access key for connection but now i am getting Manticore::ConnectTimeout: error. Do you have any idea how we can solve it?
I do not know what you are doing or what exactly your setup is. The version you are using does not come with any security out of the box.
