Cannot access Kibana from the browser

I am using a basic license with Logstash, Elasticsearch and Kibana. I am able to start all services successfully but Kibana cannot be accessed from the browser. It used to work but suddenly stop when reaching the hostname.

Kindly help please?

Logs are fine, kibana server is started, so it's just your browser problem. Try empty cache, switch to another PC, incognito mode, switch browser provider, etc.

Thanks for reply. I have done that. Deleted all time cache. Had another user also try to access it from a different pc. I also used firefox, internet explorer and it is still not working.

Did you open the firewall port on the OS? The installer does not do it for you. Assuming the firewall policy changed from public to domain or private for example.

The issue got solved. For unknown reasons, port 5601 was blocked on the Kibana host. I telnet to the Kibana host and received an error which is weird because I was on Kibana a few days ago.
