The Kibana console shows that are matching indices but it does not let me save the pattern.
Hello Rahul, at some point there was a regression which was fixed and backported, so it might depend on your exact version including minor.fix
If it's not compliant, please file a bug report here, with a screenshot of how it's not letting you save the index pattern: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues
