Cannot log into elastic with default login

Hi all,

I decided to install X-pack on one of my client nodes to enable monitoring/security on my cluster. I've tried to access it with the default username/password "elastic/changeme" and it refuses to login with those credentials. Is there a way to reset this password to the default to make sure it was not changed? I've attempted to change the password by enabling anonymous users but if I do it then I get the error:

Any suggestions?

Xpack needs to be installed on all of your nodes.
