Can't get pgp key

Hi all

I try to install Elasticsearch but the import of the pgp key fails. What can be wrong?

[anders@www ~]$ rpm --import https://artifacts.elastic.co/GPG-KEY-elasticsearch
Fehler: Kann den Packages-Index nicht öffnen, benutze db5 - Keine Berechtigung (13)
Fehler: Kann Paket-Datenbank in /var/lib/rpm nicht öffnen
Fehler: https://artifacts.elastic.co/GPG-KEY-elasticsearch: Import des Schlüssels 1 fehlgeschlagen.
