Changing logstash location to a different drive on Windows

Hello,

I just started using the ELK stack so I'm very new and trying to figure it out. One question that was asked by my manager is if there is a way to have logging live on a different drive than the local drive as our assumption is it will get very large and we don't want that happening on the local drive.

Is there a way to do this or am I incorrect in my assumption about large data locally?

LS doesn't store anything locally - unless you use a file output or similar.

Are you talking about the data that is being stored by ES?
