We would like to change the mount point from one partition to another partition. Could you please suggest good solution to migrate data from one mount point to another mount point within same server? We have to delete current partition.
You can shut the node down, move the whole data directory to its new location, reconfigure the node to look in its new location and then start it up again. It is important to make sure that nothing gets lost or moved around within the data directory, and the permissions are preserved during the move.
