We've been using Kibana in production for a while now and we accumulated saved searches, visualizations and dashboards we're not used are actually being in use.
Is there a way to figure out which saved objects are used the most and the least? Is there a cleanup tool?
No there's not. At the moment we aren't doing "internal" tracking of this type. It's a good idea though, so might be worth raising a feature request 
You might be able to do something using Packetbeat, monitoring HTTP on 5601. But you'd need to filter out a fair bit of noise.
