would you please tell me what is client node configuration in elastic 5.3
I have 2 master - 3 data node - 2 client node
i set logstash to send data to client node ( is it true ? )
In 2.x, there was a "client node" but it was often confused with a "node client." Naming is hard 
As a result, in 5.x, you'll see the us generally referring to the "dedicated coordinating node" to refer to what you're talking about. You can find how to configure a node as such at https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/5.4/modules-node.html. Once you have that, just set them in your hosts config in Logstash and you should be good to go.
