Hi,

In the other thread "lost of index upon cluster restart", Shay, you

In 0.8, Is there a working, stable option other than NFS (which I
really want to avoid in my cluster) for the gateway module for a multi
nodes cluster?

What about the HDFS gateway? Did you get any positive feedback? (I
only saw one problem report in the list). I'd definitely prefer to
install HDFS on my cluster than having to run NFS.

NFS is being used in production with success. HDFS is new, so there might be
bugs, but if you encounter them, they will be promptly solved.
