Cluster config?

currently we are building a 9 node cluster with 4 Data Nodes, 3 Master and 2 Client(coordinating) Nodes, when i do cluster config for zen discovery should i just have 3 Master IP/Host Name in all of the nodes zen.discovery hosts ?

yes, just having the master nodes in there is fine. See the Definitive Guide for details.
