Codec to convert from EBICS to UTF8

Hi

Does any one how do i convert EBICS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_Banking_Internet_Communication_Standard) data to human readable data (UTF-8)

My source data is in EBICS. I want to decode the data to UTF-8 and send the data into Elasticsearch via logstash
