Content type detection for rest requests is deprecated

Hi,

I've upgraded from 5.1.1 to 5.4.0 and my two nodes that receive data from logstash is dumping a lot of the below into the _depreciation log. I am still in the process of upgrading all my Logstash instances form 5.1 / 5.2 to 5.4.0. Will this go away when all Logstash instances are upgraded to 5.4.0? or is there a new flag I need to add?
