Create a watcher on a different watcher output/execution status

Hi Team/ Alexander Reelsen,

I want to create a watcher based on some other watcher execution status.
My requirement is, whenever I send an alert (Based on some condition) to slack with "RED" color, the moment that particular alert is resolved, I want to send another alert with "GREEN" color. Is it possible, Please let us know.
