Create a weekly newsletter that contains e.g. a Dashboard

I would like to send a newsletter every week with the information of one Dashboard.

So I already found the Email action. But I'm not so sure if that is actually what I need.

Is there maybe a more detailed tutorial about how to extract data to a mail?
