How can I create from the same index different charts and show all of them together under the same dashboard ?

You create a separate visualisation for each chart you want to display, saving them with appropriate names (you'll want to come up with a naming scheme as your environment grows). Once done, move across to Dashboards, create a new dashboard and use the:
icon to add the charts to your dashboard before saving
