Creating a custom metricset according to the document is not working in 7.8. It looks either documentation needs an update or something wrong with the Makefile

Docs are a bit outdated because Elastic is changing things rapidly recently. If it's a custom metricset, a new metricset in a known module; the best way to get help is to open a PR in the Beats repo so that the community can help you
