Custom S3 Endpoint for ES 6.x

Hi there

It seems like with ES 6.x a new system of specifying custom S3 endpoints (or S3 compatible systems) is introduced.
Can you tell me how this can be configured over ECEs snapshot repository (non AWS buckets)?
