Customize kibana 7.11

Im trying to make the kibana dashbord more functional, so im wondering if i can customize kibana 7.11 dashbord

Add a company logo instead of elastic logo
Delete dashbord edit bar
Define lucence search and delete the word "lucence" from the bar dashbord
Change the language from English to French

This might be achievable by creating a read-only user How to Disable edit button when you share the dashboard URL

Define lucence search and delete the word "lucence" from the bar dashboard

Change the language from English to French
