Customize the dashboard panel (shade and size)

Hi, I'm new here. first, I just need to know if is there any way to change the dashboard panel size (make the border or space between panels look thin) and the shadow or shade of the panel look transparent.

What is your current version?
If not the latest, upgrade. There are a bit more properties on recent versions.

In 8.13.4, I can see the option "Use Margins between panels".
