Customized Data Table in Kibana

HI Team ,
This is Priya here i am new to ELK , Please help me to create the cusomized data table as per my requirement .
I have created the data table with lens via visualize library and tried to add the some code as per the requirement .
So for that was trying to modify the Kibana code but that did not get work out.

Please help me to get the output like same ,PFA
