Dashboard GUI for listing enrich policies

The enrich-policies tutorials that I've found all say to create the enrich policies with a PUT request, i.e.:

I was wondering the the dashboard shows somewhere the list of enrich-policies (and if it allows to create new enrich-policies or edit existing ones), or whether this is only available from Dev Tools.
