is it possible to visualize in Kibana the Data Streams? I couldn't find a way other than with indexes.

Kibana can only display data that is an index. Can you elaborate a little more on what you are looking to do?

With the 7.9 upgrade my current logs started to become Data Streams instead indexes (probably due miss configuration in index templates). For that reason i was looking for some kind of integration in Kibana with this new feature for data exploration.
