Output drop occurs in L2SW when transferring data from logstash to kibana.
Are there any parameters that control data transfer with logstash?

You mean LS to ES, not Kibana.
Check the documentation, I would test with params: timeout validate_after_inactivity, retry_initial_interval, resurrect_delay, DLQ.
It's really hard to understand what is a background of your problem.
