Date Time filter for first tuesday of months

Hello,

I have a data set with the date and time , and for each time an average of CPU consumption.

Is it possible to create a table with only the period 8:00AM to 8:00AM the first Tuesday months during 1 year ?

Unfortunately not, though it's an interesting idea.
It might be worth raising something on Github to see if we could implement it.
