De-enroll from a training course

I have enrolled for a couple of training courses, which I intend to do after a complete in due time.

Would anyone know, if enrolling for a training course also initiates your lab time (21 days). And, if you are unable to begin the the next training course then it (lab time) will automatically expire. This is even without logging into the training lab for a single time?

If so, how do I de-enroll? This is so I can re-enroll later.

I think the 21 days limit is for the entire course, not only labs. So, yes your course time is already counting, even though your lab time is not.
