Course enrolled before training portal migration

I enrolled for 'ECE Fundamentals' course on the old training portal. I did not start the course, my understanding was I need to finish it in 15 days once I start it.

Before the portal migration, I got the following.

On-demand courses that are not completed by 4 p.m. PST (11 p.m. UTC) on May 14, 2020 will restart from the beginning with the release of the new portal. All progress will be lost.

Now I cannot access the course, it is shown as expired.

It will be really helpful if I can restart the course since I have not started the course.

Thanks for reaching out. The best thing to do is sign up for the course with another email address. Unfortunately, the free learn-from-home courses are locked after 15 days from the day you enroll and we're unable to grant access beyond the expiration date.

Thank you for the reply. I will use a temp email id to do the course again. Definitely not an efficient way to handle it.
